Chris with $49 Handyman is an outstanding person. He is responsive, conscientious, affable, and works quickly to complete the job on-time and within an agreed upon rate. I first contacted Chris for help with installing a vessel sink in a bathroom.
I was a bit skeptical but I needed help. Chris arrived five minutes early (a welcome surprise), issued a quote for the sink installation, and then began work immediately. In less than thirty minutes I had a working sink, at a very reasonable price. I was so pleased that I contracted with Chris for some tile work in the kitchen.
Just last week I contracted with Chris for recessed lighting. Chris has always been courteous and professional. Chris cleans-up after himself and leaves the work site immaculate. Chris follows-up and makes sure that I am satisfied with the work. Chris knows a lot about home repairs, home improvements, and is willing to provide advice and assistance. Chris is hands-down the best handyman I have worked with and I give him my highest recommendation.

Chris is extremely professional and meticulous regarding the standard of his work. He is on time and more importantly on budget! He has great suggestions for the jobs that need to be completed and they are always better than the original idea. For $49 he is very affordable and doesn't drag a job out just to make more money.
